Thank you for putting this site together. I was diagnosed in 2011 and have been having a hard time trying to figure things out with what I can eat. It has been hard with relationships b/c they didn't understand why I couldn't eat certain things or eat out where they wanted to. I appreciate you doing something like this as it helps me to not feel so alone in this very hard journey! I appreciate you alot for this! Andrea
This is new to me, as well. Our culture is so oriented toward literally "breaking bread" together. Food is in the middle of family and social functions. So my thanks for the info and having a place to come to find out ways to make an otherwise limited diet more palatable. Laura
