Craving Chocolate Smoothie

With Easter here we are inevitably surrounded by more than just bunnies and baskets.  If chocolate candy is not an option and you are craving that rich flavor, give this cocoa cashew treat a try.

Serves 2-4*
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
...or 2 Tbsp cashew butter
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or rice milk
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Addition liquid to get desired consistency

Blend, blend, blend and ENJOY!
*Notes: Decide serving size depending on your tolerance and symptoms that day.  For a thicker smoothie use frozen banana slices. If cashews are not an option peanut or almond butter can be substituted.
